My personal journey from morbidly obese to a healthier and much happier life style has ignited a passion within me that I want to share with each of my clients. Many people believe living a healthier life style means deprivation and tasteless foods. Let me impart my personal discoveries and educational training to show you that this is simply not true. Your program will be completely personal and unique to you. Together we will incorporate what is most important to you and work toward meeting your personal goals.
Additionally I am a voracious information seeker and will constantly be staying abreast of current nutritional information and trends so that you will reap the benefits easily.
I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which incorporates all areas of your life and how they are connected:  nutrition, relationships, career, stress level, confidence, self-love.  Are you a stress eater?  Do you turn to food for comfort?  Are sleepless nights causing your energy levels to crash preventing you from exercising?  Are you in a career you absolutely hate?  Everything affects everything else.  As our session progress we address all of these areas and what they do to your health overall. 
My approach is not to dwell on calories, carbs, fats, and proteins. It is not to create lists of restrictions or good and bad foods. Instead, I work with my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and rewarding.
In working together we’ll make attainable goals that could include achieving your ideal weight, reduction of food cravings, improved sleep, and boosting energy levels. As we work together, you’ll gain peace of mind by understanding which food and lifestyle choices work best for you and you will implement lasting changes resulting in improved energy levels, greater overall balance and remarkable health.

Your personal uniqueness.  This concept simply means that each person has unique food and lifestyle needs. What feeds you could be poison for another, hence why fad diets tend to fail in the long run. No one plan fits everyone!  Working on the uniqueness principle, I’ll support you to make positive changes that are based on your individual needs, lifestyle, preferences, and ancestral background. My  personalized, holistic approach will ensure that you will have great success!
Not all Nutrition is food.  Ever just need a hug?  Sometimes what we need most has nothing to do with eating.  Many factors account for our overall wellbeing.  It’s easy to overlook these needs.  Healthy relationships, a fulfilling career, regular physical activity and a spiritual awareness are essential forms of nourishment. When these non-nutritional needs are balanced, what you eat becomes secondary.  I will support you in achieving all of your goals, from eating the right foods for your body to living an inspired, fulfilling life.
